Terms of Service

1. About this service

These terms govern your use of Producer Tag AI. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. You must have legal capacity to agree and obtain any legally required guardian or organisation authorisation.

We provide browser-based tools for spoken producer tags, female-voice tags, short AI music tags, and consent-based voice cloning. Features labelled “coming soon” are not available for purchase or use. These audio tools do not provide photo animation or image/video generation.

2. Creating and using a tag

• Spoken and female-voice tags: enter a phrase of up to 50 characters, select an available generation voice, generate, then preview, adjust effects and export. Preview-only voices cannot generate new audio.
• AI music tags: sign in, enter a music description and short spoken phrase, and submit a request. The tool combines generated instrumental audio with synthesized speech.
• Voice cloning: sign in, record or upload a clear 5–10 second voice sample, confirm permission, and complete a separate verification recording. Once the voice is ready, submit a phrase for a melodic or sung tag. Verification does not grant rights to someone else's identity.
• Export and storage: formats and account or purchase requirements are shown in the tool. Download files you want to keep; the browser-local audio library is not a permanent cloud backup. Exporting to WAV or a higher bitrate does not recreate detail absent from the original.

Use your own words, recordings and identity, or obtain all permissions needed for the intended use. Tags may be used in lawful personal projects and, where all necessary rights and provider licences allow it, commercial beats, music releases, podcasts and videos. Do not present synthetic audio as another person's authentic recording or endorsement. Disclose AI-generated or cloned audio when required by law, a publishing platform, or to avoid misleading listeners.

3. Accounts and fair access

Keep account details accurate and sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorise. Do not resell account access, bypass free quotas, create accounts to evade restrictions, use stolen payment details, attack the service, or automate abusive requests. Free limits and paid access requirements are displayed in the relevant tool and may differ between features.

4. Credits, billing and delivery

Packs currently offered on our pricing page are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and do not auto-renew. Purchased pack credits do not expire. Check the pack size, currency, taxes and final total before paying. Any older subscription remains governed by its original purchase terms and billing settings; this page does not cancel it.

Credits are added after payment confirmation. AI music generation currently costs 5 credits per request. Creating a verified voice profile costs 5 credits; generating a tag with it costs a separate 5 credits. Free spoken-tag quotas are separate. The cost displayed before submission applies, and voice setup reduces the balance available for later tags. Failed tasks can return reserved credits when the failure is recorded. Contact support with the order or task ID if delivery or a credit return is missing.

Credits are service units, not money, transferable funds or an investment. Payments use the provider presented at checkout. When Waffo Pancake is identified as merchant of record, it handles that transaction's payment, receipt and payment-related refund processing. Historical orders may have a different provider; consult your receipt.

5. Content standards

You must not submit, generate, upload, share or use the service for:

1. Pornography, sexually explicit or other sexual NSFW content, including non-consensual sexual material.
2. Graphic violence or gore, credible threats, encouragement of violent harm or terrorist abuse.
3. Hate speech, dehumanisation, or incitement to discrimination or violence against protected groups.
4. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualisation, exploitation, grooming or endangerment of minors, including synthetic content.
5. Deceptive deepfakes, unauthorised voice cloning, identity theft, impersonation, scams or fabricated endorsements.
6. Copyright, trademark or other rights infringement, including unauthorised recordings, lyrics, samples or brand impersonation.

6. AI providers and models

Spoken tags use Microsoft Edge Read Aloud Neural TTS. AI music tags use Suno Sounds and ElevenLabs Multilingual v2 through Kie.ai. Voice profiles use Suno Voice, with Suno V6 voice-persona generation through Kie.ai. AI output can contain pronunciation errors, unexpected content, artefacts or similarities to other works. Check every result before publication. We do not promise a perfect voice match, exclusive output, copyright protection, universal commercial clearance, or uninterrupted availability of a third-party model.

7. Your content and permissions

You retain rights you already hold in your inputs. You grant us permission to process and send inputs to the providers needed to fulfil your request, keep necessary task records, and investigate reported misuse as described in our policies. This does not transfer ownership of your voice to us.

Rights in generated output depend on applicable law, source permissions and provider terms. Buying credits does not clear third-party music, voice, personality, copyright or trademark rights. Do not upload recordings whose owner or speaker has not authorised the processing and intended use.

8. Refunds

We support a full refund requested within 7 calendar days of purchase if none of that credit pack has been used. Verified duplicate charges and payments for undelivered credits are also eligible for correction or refund. Used packs are not refundable for a change of mind, except for service failures or where law requires otherwise. We provide a first response within 3 business days; the payment provider and bank determine when funds arrive.

Read the Refund Policy for conditions, the application process and statutory rights. Our voluntary 7-day policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or applicable payment-provider protections.

9. Reporting, restrictions and appeals

Report misuse or infringement to support@producertag.org, or use support tickets. Include the URL or task ID, the concern and non-sensitive context. Do not send illegal imagery or unnecessary private recordings.

We review reports and available records, may request proof of permission, and may restrict generation, remove access to a voice or content, suspend an account, or contact a provider or authority where warranted or legally required. Serious safety concerns may require immediate action. Where lawful and practicable, we explain the action and allow an appeal through the same contact channel. See the moderation process. Restrictions do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Availability, changes and contact

We may maintain, update or discontinue individual features. Keep copies of important downloads. Except where a mandatory right applies, we do not guarantee a particular artistic or business result. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

The update date appears above. We communicate material changes through the website or an appropriate account contact channel before they take effect where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to completed purchases.
