Does the tempo changer lower the voice?
No. The tempo changer keeps the note pitches while changing the pace. That differs from tape-style slowing, which makes both the speed and pitch lower. The tone may still change at extreme settings.
How long will the new track be?
At half speed, the track lasts about twice as long. At double speed, it lasts about half as long. Check the processed preview for the actual duration before saving your file.
